◦ UTCs - all OPEL 3, due to staffing, cross cover and over reliance on agency. However, capacity provision is higher than seasonal plan.
3 units remain fully open with Ilkeston operating an appointment only service between 8am - 8pm, 7 days/wk with a phasing approach to open to walk-ins
pending additional recruitment. Reliance on agency to maintain 4 unit service in the interim

Capacity reported to SCC 2 X daily.

◦ Community teams reporting OPEL 3 with nursing and therapy remaining under pressure across all teams. Business continuity plans reviewed in all areas
ahead of anticipated challenges with weather and system pressures.

◦ Bedded Care OPEL 3 and Flow OPEL 3, due to no criteria to reside levels and high occupancy levels. Additional capacity and boarding patients being offered
to support system demand, but this is compromised by failures to arrive. High occupancy continues with significant pressures on ward teams to meet
increasing demands. Clinical Nav team continue to support with flow into and out of P2 beds with increased focus on timely discharge to support wider
system pressures.
